Overview:As a valuable member of the Conversion team, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization. Under the direction of the Operations Manager/Conversion Supervisor, you will be responsible for the set up/take down of the Facility events.This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 CADBenefits as per the union agreement.This position will remain open until October 3, 2025. Responsibilities:
  • Convert seating, boards, glass, staging, etc. between events/games in a safe, timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate positively and professionally with internal customers and co-workers to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times
  • Work diligently to ensure the safety of self and others at all times
  • Adhere to all Oak View Group Venue Management service standards and policies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Available to work the overnight shift and weekends with some flexibility for late afternoon shifts
  • Previous experience in general labour/construction is an asset
  • Ability to work while under pressure; meet tight deadlines
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, move in repetitive motions, etc.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs unaided
  • Safety boots required, Uniform top provided
