- Administer bi-weekly payroll for ~400 employees across BC, AB, SK, and ON (salaried, hourly, casual)
- Manage shift differentials, expense reimbursements, and payroll inquiries
- Act as primary payroll processor and SME, providing guidance to new staff
- Support transition to a new payroll system (Dayforce) while maintaining current processes
- Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze and manage payroll data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll and smooth project execution
- Adapt workflows to organizational changes and system upgrades
- Minimum 7 years' payroll administration experience, including multi-province (BC, AB, SK)
- Proficient with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll functions, including benefits and expense reimbursements
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to process changes
- Experience with payroll system implementations and transitions
