
Civil Engineer (Intermediate)

- Lead and contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of transportation projects, including options development, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
- Act as Project Engineer and/or Project Manager, overseeing schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Prepare technical reports such as feasibility studies, options analyses, and design reports.
- Provide guidance to technologists, technicians, and designers to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
- Conduct construction administration and site inspections.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) or eligibility for registration with EGBC.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil design for transportation projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to work across multiple project types and sectors.
