We are currently recruiting individuals who are inspired by opportunity, driven by results, and aligned to NWP's core values of being responsive, innovative, and connected.The RoleReporting to the Assistant Registrar, this position is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors to Northwestern Polytechnic, delivering essential frontline switchboard and reception services across the institution, including support for the Office of the Registrar (OTR) and Continuing Education (CE). The role encompasses assisting students, staff, and the public with inquiries related to academic programs, student services, institutional information, and special events.
