
Bilingual Inside Sales Representative / Lead Setter

- Ensure that lead opportunities are responded to and followed up on according to expectations.
- initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails and social media messages to introduce the company’s products and services, with the intention to set an appointment
- Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for the company’s services to provide qualified leads to our sales team
- Schedule appointments for the design expert whilst achieving daily performance goals
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team and other Senior Setters to develop strategies for achieving targets and improving the lead generation process.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions with supervisors and department managers. .
- Participate in daily huddles to address challenges and foster team collaboration..
- Achieve key performance standards and achieve script adherence expectations
- Achieve all outlined call center metrics as per the daily scorecard
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Previous call center experience, or experience as a part of an inside sales team
- Demonstrated experience achieving sales goals and targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
