Contact Flow Development:
Design and build complex, modular Amazon Connect contact flows for voice and chat.Implement queue routing and IVR logic.Serverless Backend Engineering:
Develop and maintain backend services using AWS Lambda in both Node.js and Python.
Handle data lookups and business logic.Conversational AI Integration:
Implement and optimize Amazon Lex (V2) chatbots for natural language interactions within the contact center.System Integration:
Build RESTful APIs and webhooks using API Gateway.
Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or internal databases.Real-time Data Processing:
Utilize AWS services such as Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3 to manage:
Real-time streams
Call recordings
Historical metricsInfrastructure as Code (IaC):
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation within CI/CD pipelines.
