Salary Range: C$60/hr. IncIntroductionSupports the HR Division in delivering transformational projects by applying standard project management practices and business analysis methodologies. This role focuses on analyzing and coordinating information to ensure successful execution of project activities within established timelines, which could include process development, testing, or schedule management. Provides actionable recommendations on planning, processes and systems to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Progressive experience in HR project delivery and business analysis on complex projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with or implementing HRIS platforms and analytics tools, preferably Oracle and/or ServiceNow.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with experience working across departments.
- Directly owned and/or managed the development of project artifacts such as business requirements documents, user acceptance testing plans and test cases, project charters, project schedules.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 applications, Client SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Experience with change management activities, including impact analysis and communication planning.
- Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users on new tools, resources, and processes.
- Experience monitoring post-implementation performance, gathering feedback, tracking KPIs, and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Supports project development from inception through to completion, including project definition, scope, initiation, testing, and implementation.
- Participates in and assists in planning requirements gathering sessions and documents business needs to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyzes and maps business processes, workflows, and data requirements to inform system design and configuration.
- Evaluates potential solutions and provides recommendations based on business requirements, feasibility, and impact.
- Develops and executes test cases, test scripts, and validation checklists; participates in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and data integrity standards.
- Identifies and resolves issues or risks related to project delivery, collaborating with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and ensure successful system integration.
- Creates detailed procedural documentation, user guides, training materials, and reference resources to support end-user adoption and ongoing system use.
- Facilitates workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users on new tools, resources, and processes.
