Inside Sales Representative (Fully Bilingual French)Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Must be available between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (for bilingual candidates)
  • Fully in-office role based in Markham

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a growing, fast-paced team within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales in a supportive and energetic environment.Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Identify and reach out to new contacts within existing accounts to grow sales
  • Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs in a consultative sales approach
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations for clients
  • Support field sales by coordinating meetings and assisting with large orders
  • Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience (preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or hardware environments)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is an asset)
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
