Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor dealers, providing instruction, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
Ensure excellence in customer service and collaborate with the casino team.
Monitor table floats and determines the outcomes and game irregularities.
Stay on top of company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations.
Participate in casino and marketing initiatives and promote events.

What You Bring

A natural leader who leads by example and encourages collaboration, enthusiasm, and engagement.
Proactive in preventing and resolving high-pressure situations with ease.
Detail-focused with exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.
Enjoy working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum one to two years? experience as a dealer of Blackjack and Baccarat.
Knowledge of Pai Gow, Roulette, Poker and other casino games is an asset.
One to two years of experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
