
EMS SK76 Captain

- Act as a Captain as per Company operation standards;
- Perform IFR Flights in challenging and rapidly changing environment;
- Be able to work closely with our customer, respond efficiently to aircraft tasking, while maintaining a high level of safety;
- Coordination and effective communication between crew and dispatch
- All duties assigned by the Chief Pilot or Base Manager;
- Transition period from First Officer to Captain role might be required.
- A Valid and Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL(H) License;
- A Valid Canadian Passport or A Valid Authorization to work in Canada and to travel to USA, (this position is not available for sponsorship);
- A Minimum of 2000 hours rotary wing flight time;
- A Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) which 200 hours of Multi-Engine Aircraft;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrument Flight Operations with actual IFR flight hours as PIC;
- Valid Class 1 Medical;
- NVG experience an asset;
- Ability to successfully complete the Controlled Goods Security Assessment application for NVG purposes;
- Endorsement on S76 considered an asset;
- Previous experience flying in a 703 Air Ambulance operation as a Captain is preferred;
- Experience flying in Eastern Canada is considered an asset
