You will lead a nimble team tasked to build short-term & long-term strategies, own end to end plans & direct the day-to-day management of our expansive portfolio. You will report into the VP of Juice Marketing and work cross-functionally with several teams - Commercial, Sales, Finance, R&D, Legal/ Regulatory & our creative agency partners. If you are strategic, driven, and collaborative, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do for UsProvide direct reports with leadership, clear direction/prioritization, and coaching to achieve work objectives, improve performance and skills, and develop career pathsLead development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans to deliver against overall brand vision and business objectivesLead future product pipeline to deliver sustainable revenue and profit by working closely with related functions, such as R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, Human Insights, Design, Finance, Legal and CommercializationDrive commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisionsDevelop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies (e.g., media, creative, packaging, product development etc.) and direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectivesQualifications & Requirements8 or more years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods; beverage experience preferredBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredAbility to develop and articulate multi-year strategic plan and annual business plan for their brand. Develops a holistic picture of what is required to deliver these plans including alignment of key stakeholders across the value stream and making key decisions on resource needs/allocations.Communication FocusRole frequently leads communications with both internal (e.g., US brand, Commercial, Supply Chain & Technical, Finance) as well as external (e.g. customer, agency, supplier) partnersInteractions include sharing relevant information on brand business plans, influencing others to take action in support, and negotiating components of said plans in order to enable desired outcomesRole interacts frequently (daily) with constituents (internal and external) that may not have completely aligned interests/ objectivesMASTERY OF (REQUIRED)Ability to adapt US brand vision/strategy through development of annual brand business plans along with corresponding resource requirements for local marketStrong collaboration skills including ability to build partnerships, establish trust & credibility and influence across all levels of leadershipExcellent oral and written communication skills with ability to tailor communications to audience and providing clearAbility to effectively prioritize short and long-term business priorities and communicate & manage key tradeoffs and implicationsProven ability to coach and develop talent and deliver business results through othersBROAD EXPERTISE IN (GOOD TO HAVE)System operations within NAOU (customers, various routes-to-market etc.)Experience developing and launching step-change innovationsAgency project management experience including budget managementWhat We Can Do For YouExpansive & Diverse Customers: We work with a diversified group of customers which range from retail & grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theatres, restaurants, and many more each day.
