- Creates and submits trade new hire requests.
- Acts as the single point of contact for all new hire trade orientation and scheduling dates for all training activities.
- Sets up facilities and materials required for training.
- Coordinates and notifies participants and instructors of travel arrangements.
- Provides computer support for training activities.
- Performs data entry of all training and qualification.
- Provides weekly training reports to supervisors and tracks qualifications in the customer system to ensure compliance.
- Assists with training audits.
- Assists with other general clerical duties as directed.
- Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules.
- High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and systems.
- Ability to schedule, track, and manage internal and external training sessions for staff across various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadline.
- Perform accuracy in data entry, training assignments, and documentation.
- Competence in using learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Salary: $52,000-$68,000 per year and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
