Job Title: Pega Business Systems Analyst (BSA)? Experience

6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and systems implementation

? Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pega Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Pega platform, with a focus on the insurance domain, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.? Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements

Translate business needs into system specifications for Pega-based solutions

Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation

Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution architecture

Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements

Support testing activities including UAT, defect tracking, and validation

Ensure compliance with business analysis standards and best practices

Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle

?️ Required Skills

Strong experience in Business Analysis (E2 level or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with the Pegasystems platform

Knowledge of Pega Insurance Framework

Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications and user stories

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

? Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Relevant Pega certifications (BSA or equivalent) preferred

? Nice to Have

Prior experience in the insurance industry

Exposure to end-to-end Pega implementation projects

Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) tools
