  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize feature requests and work items, ensuring timely delivery to users
  • Maintain the product backlog with accurate, up-to-date documentation of business and technical requirements
  • Investigate feature requests and enhancements to determine value, feasibility, and viability
Requirements & Documentation
  • Write clear, concise, and actionable requirements documents and user stories from which developers can design and build solutions
  • Coordinate with the Business Analyst team members to ensure documentation is thorough, agreed upon, and effectively communicated to all stakeholders
  • Translate ambiguous or high-level business requests into structured, well-defined requirements with clear acceptance criteria
Stakeholder & User Engagement
  • Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, and discovery activities with business stakeholders and end users to gather insights
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure feature design and functionality is thoroughly understood
  • Collate and synthesize data gathered from end users and product analytics to inform product strategy
UX & Design Collaboration
  • Engage with UX Design to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes
  • Participate in design reviews, contribute to usability discussions, and ensure that product experiences are intuitive and aligned with user needs
Continuous Improvement & Enablement
  • Consistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications from business and technical perspectives to meet evolving needs in a changing business climate
  • Help develop training strategies and materials for users where necessary
Skills and Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a technology-focused project role
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or high-level requests into structured, actionable requirements with clear acceptance criteria
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or formal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience developing both technical and business requirements documentation
  • Working knowledge of development management tools such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) or Microsoft DevOps (Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in Figma or other design and prototyping tools, including design review and collaboration with UX/design teams
  • Working knowledge of analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) to interpret product usage data and inform decisions
  • The following experience is considered an asset:
  • Experience in professional services, accounting, or ERP/practice management platforms (e.g., billing, AR, or financial workflow software)
  • Exposure to enterprise software environments serving multi-stakeholder, multi-region teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops or structured discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholder groups
