- Travel Agency Support. Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
- Eticket Database Maintenance
- Daily maintenance of our eticket database
- Processing open coupons
- Processing exception etickets
- Daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
- GDS reject Queue Maintenance
- Daily on-time processing of the GDS reject queue
- Tier 2 Ticketing Support
- Assisting PAL Airline station CSR’s with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare bookings
- Assisting Other Airline Partner helpdesks with reservation and ticketing support of FIM/Interline/Codeshare Bookings
- Reservations Agent duties as required
- Quote fares and book flights for customers;
- Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
- Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
- Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
- Respond to cargo inquires providing freight quotes, fares, reservations, revenue reporting, sales reporting, lost and damage bag reporting, and answering phones;
- When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
- Bilingual in English and French
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required
- 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
- Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
