As a strategic partner, the HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Human ResourcesCoordinators and Advisors and ensuring their professional development. They will also support the deployment of the different HR cycles.What you'll do here:Make decisions regarding hiring, performance management, career development and promotion, departure management as well as support for organizational development.Apply your knowledge of HR best practices to guide decision-making.Collaborate with a team of human resources professionals and COE partners to deploy different HR cycles across IT and LabCreate and lead a centralized HR coordinator function to support HR teams across GHO, Corp CL, PL and ITSupervise, evaluate and develop a team of human resources professionals and contribute to maintaining and improving employee engagement, both in human resources and for the organization.Monitor human resources-related indicators and identify trends in employee relations. Recommend, develop and training materials to enhance leader skillset.Provide advice on change management as an SME for the HR business partner teamEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures and programs. Recommend changes based on internal trends and competitive benchmarking. Act as the company's expert on employee relations and compliance.Actively contribute to all special projects, as neededThe position may require occasional travelWhat you bring to the table :Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional designation.At least 10 years of experience in HR positions of increasing responsibility, including at least 7 years of experience as an HR generalist2 years’ experience in people management or mentoringDemonstrated inspirational leadership and strong coaching skillsExperience analyzing and leveraging data to drive decisions and improve processProven ability to be innovative, drive change and challenge the status quoAbility to be strategic and agile in the operational delivery of HR initiativesHigh emotional intelligence and critical thinkingExcellent communication skillsFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
