GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Millwright to join our Valued Clients team at a manufacturing and mineral extraction facility in Thorold, ON. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical machinery and equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures to minimize downtime.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment.Qualifications:Journeyperson certification or registered 3rd year Millwright Apprentice.Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.Proficient in mechanical repairs, alignment, and equipment installation.Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in both manufacturing and mining/mineral extraction settings.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Work Environment:Industrial facility setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment.Use of PPE is mandatory.
