
Mechanical Engineer

- Conduct field walkdowns to assess mechanical systems and equipment.
- Develop piping scopes, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM) for various projects.
- Respond to RFIs and technical questions from operations, supply chain, and vendors.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) for shutdowns, lifts, and spool changes.
- Practicing P.Eng. accreditation with APEGGA in good standing.
- 5-10 years of experience in Primary Extraction or Tailings Operations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and managing MOCs for various tailings operations.
