
CSR Data Entry (Weekend)

- Data entry and updating of records in the company ERP systems and other workbook logs
- Inputting sales orders & assisting the Sales department in their off-work hours
- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, greeting customers and visitors
- Performing cashier functions and receiving payments
- Assisting other departments if needed
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
