- Project Execution: Manage multiple complex initiatives across lines of business, owning full project lifecycles from initiation to deployment. Create and maintain project scopes, plans, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, schedules, and financials. Anticipate risks and develop solutions before they impact progress.
- Resource & Timeline Management: Map out talent resources, tasks, and dependencies. Estimate timelines and maintain clear schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress. Ensure Jira, ClickUp, and other tools are accurate and up to date.
- Client & Team Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with account, tech, and creative teams. Serve as a reliable point of contact for client discussions on scope, budgets, and timelines. Protect teams from unnecessary stress, clearly communicate rework needs, and contribute to problem-solving with multiple responsible solutions.
- Financial & Scope Oversight: Prepare incremental SOWs and budget estimates, applying the rate card with flexibility for unique client needs. Maintain portfolio financial visibility, update Maconomy and revenue trackers, and ensure estimates reflect agreed-upon scope.
- Operational & Process Excellence: Apply project management best practices to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality. Lead elements of program execution, manage back-and-forth between junior and senior team members, and anticipate program needs proactively. Track test, deployment, and QA activities with precision.
- Professional Development: Develop presentation and communication skills while mentoring peers as needed. Embrace learning opportunities, adopt continuous improvement practices, and champion the team’s voice in client interactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management. Marketing, advertising, or technical delivery environments are a plus.
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with minimal oversight.
- Strong command of project management best practices—able to balance process discipline with creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, ClickUp, Workfront or other management software, with the ability to optimize workflows within them.
- Sharp financial acumen, including budget creation, tracking, and incremental estimate management.
- Confident in resource planning, timeline estimation, and identifying dependencies across multidisciplinary teams.
- Skilled at anticipating risks, creating proactive solutions, and maintaining team and client alignment.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and other delivery frameworks, with the flexibility to adapt them to client needs.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging tools to enhance estimation accuracy, workflow efficiency, reporting, and delivery outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills—capable of building trust, driving collaboration, and clearly articulating plans, risks, and results.
