
Concierge – Seasonal Advisor

- Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email

- The aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems
- The ability to commit to a fixed term contract beginning October/November through to January/February 2026
- The ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in your first two weeks
- Training is typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00AM – 2:00PM or 2:30PM – 8:30PM EST
- The ability to work shifts within our operating hours of 9AM - 9PM EST (including evenings and weekends). Note hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs.
