- Under the direction of the Account Executive, servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.
- Working on a wide variety of clients, identify specific client risk exposures, as may be required.
- Managing the client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
- Receiving and processing client requests and reviewing documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
- Preparing client service summaries, program reports and managing client accounts receivables.
- Assist with establishing account specific service plans and delivery approaches which support coverage solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from client on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive as may be required.
- Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
- Explore with the client opportunities for expanded Aon products or services.
- May be required to work with two or more Account Executives.
- Assisting Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating dissemination of marketing material, prompting regular contact with prospect, assisting in developing new business strategies and account penetration).
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;
- Level I licence is required; Level II license preferred or working towards
- Consistent track record of prioritizing tasks under ambitious timelines;
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision;
- Must have strong digital literacy and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, including both self-directed learning and in-role training.
