Blue Mountain Honda is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for building customer relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. At Leggat Auto Group, we value teamwork, passion, and ingenuity, and we are committed to providing a supportive and motivating environment for our employees to grow their careers.Responsibilities· Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.· Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.· Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.· Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.· Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Qualifications
  • OMVIC Certification
  • Sales experience an asset
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Professional sales aptitude
  • Strong digital understanding
  • Creative and solution-driven
  • Understands the importance of being part of a team
  • Utilizes all tools from digital to CRM applications
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
