- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand the strategic goals and talent requirements for executive-level AI positions within the organization.
- Leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify, source, and attract highly skilled professionals in the AI field for executive search.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, experience, leadership skills, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with AI professionals, thought leaders and industry experts to stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within the AI domain.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of passive candidates for executive-level AI roles, utilizing various sourcing strategies, including social media, online platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry events to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management regarding AI talent acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on executive-level positions or high-end AI talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the AI industry, including emerging technologies, market trends and industry leaders.
- Proven track record of successfully placing executive-level AI professionals within companies.
- Exceptional sourcing and networking skills, with an extensive network in the AI community.
- Strong interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and programming languages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English/French.
