Manage sourcing, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract performance
Support purchasing requests, maintain procurement records, and ensure policy compliance
Oversee records retention and advise teams on best practices
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to internal and external inquiries
Deliver training and technical support on procurement and records systems
Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in public sector procurement or a related field; diploma or degree in business/public administration
Skilled in RFP preparation, contract negotiation, and vendor management
Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and SAP Concur
Knowledge of public sector procurement directives and trade agreements is an asset
Certifications in purchasing or records management are considered assets
