They maintain high standards for store condition and visual merchandising, and provide insights on buying trends, customer needs, and profitability to support business decisions. They contribute innovative ideas to grow market share and ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high satisfaction levels and effectively resolving both customer and staff concerns. Additionally, they lead people management efforts by training, motivating, and providing feedback to staff to support sales growth, conducting performance evaluations, fostering employee development, and setting a strong example of excellence and high performance.Who we’re looking forBeyond effectively communicating with customers about merchandise, we are looking to leverage your strong business acumen and retail management experience to support our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate holds post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience and demonstrates strong, accurate, and cost-effective decision-making abilities. They possess solid leadership, organizational, and customer management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
