- Enrolled in a culinary or hospitality co-op program ( a must!)
- Eager to learn and grow in a kitchen setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual, organized, and able to follow directions
- A team player with a great attitude
- Support daily food prep for service-cleaning, chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Learn kitchen operations, station setup, and the basics of line service
- Work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to a positive team environment
- Participate in daily prep lists, inventories, and waste reduction practices
- Basic Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
