Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Athletics Attendant will welcome and assist members, assist with summer field rentals as well as ensure orderly and efficient operations of the Stewart Athletic Complex.Duties:Ensure member safety supervision.Provide optimal member engagement and customer service.Administer reservations and equipment rentals.Monitor field and gym rentals.Ensure proper equipment cleaning.Process memberships and day passes.Maintain field lines, sweep trekfit and sand volleyball courts (in Summer and Fall)Other Qualifying Skills and/or AbilitiesCPR/AED certification an assetAptitude for customer serviceAbility to learn quickly and able to multitaskBefore applying, please note that to work at McGill University, you must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.Knowledge of English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.
