- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and personally address any issues related to brand reputation or deviations from brand standards.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to social media, SEM, SEO, public relations, website, and email campaigns.
- Lead and develop the marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and sales.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly plans for the marketing department to guide strategic direction and execution.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of national and local marketing campaigns.
- Create, review, and approve marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other digital and print materials.
- Work closely with franchise owners to develop local marketing strategies, providing personalized support for their specific marketing needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, designers, and media buyers, negotiating contracts and deliverables as needed.
- Conduct hands-on research into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing initiatives and strategy.
- Monitor marketing budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure that all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
- Coordinate company sponsored events, such as grand openings or promotional activities, overseeing the process from concept through to execution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance metrics to senior leadership, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the marketing efforts for new franchise openings, providing direct support to help locations grow and succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an asset.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, retail, or F&B industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of building and managing marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-growing, multi-location environments is highly preferred.
- Passion for food, sustainability, and creating memorable guest experiences.
