
Strategic Initiatives Lead, Supply Chain Systems

- Lead and coordinate meetings and discussions internally within Loblaw Technology and with business stakeholders to help drive the prioritization and planning
- Prepare strategy, documentations, presentations and make recommendations for technical / functional aspects related to the application roadmap.
- Develop process maps and day in the life of storyboarding to help influence decisions and projects while keeping the experience top of mind.
- Support reporting and analytics to understand and interpret the data to provide outputs and value through the data.
- Partner with the Forecasting & Replenishment and Transportation business leads to develop plans and strategies.
- Ability to influence without authority and provide insights and well thought out messages that resonate with the team.
- Support cross functional teams and projects while being able to collaborate and provide insights across the teams.
- Work with a team of highly skilled full-time colleagues and vendor partners to deliver and support solutions that deliver value.
- A continuous improvement and proactive mindset to push the business forward.
- Proactively manage expectations to cope with changing and conflicting priorities.
- Understands project and portfolio management and can see big picture / macro level insights to sequence and deliver in a logical way.

- Understanding of workflows and data / process mapping.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Strong ability with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, JIRA & Confluence tools.
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related discipline.
- Nice to haves include experience with retail technology (i.e supply chain and information technology) and/or an MBA or similar degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry or consulting experience related directly to Cloud technology implementations.
