- Conduct systematic market intelligence in order to find business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and qualify them.
- Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally.
- Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, other ...).
- Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team.
- Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations.
- Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders.
- Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level.
- Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company.
- Participate actively in problem solving.
- Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM.
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
- More than 5 years' experience in an operational position
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
- Ability to build business relations
- Knowledge and understanding of the market and its competition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
