- Lead civil construction crews across earthworks, excavation, utilities, and site servicing projects
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities to meet production targets
- Supervise labour, operators, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Identify and resolve field issues and scheduling conflicts
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safe work practices
- Conduct toolbox talks and support site safety compliance
- Provide daily updates on progress, manpower, and equipment
- 5+ years’ experience in civil construction with Foreman or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and sequencing
- Experience with earthworks, underground utilities, excavation, or ground improvement projects
- Ability to read civil drawings and plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Practical, hands-on problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s licence with ability to travel to project sites
- Full-time, field-based role
- Projects located throughout the Lower Mainland
- Extended hours may be required depending on project schedules
