Salary: $140,000 to $200,000Position Overview: The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing residential multi-family construction projects in the Lower Mainland. - Provide leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong commitment to creating a safe working environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of collective construction experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential multi-family construction projects.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with BC building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma/certificate in Construction Management, or a related field is an asset.
