- Supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary mining and environmental projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments are met
- Coordinating project teams and defined workstreams, enabling effective collaboration across technical disciplines
- Contributing to project financial performance, including budgeting support, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoicing
- Supporting client relationships, acting as a day-to-day point of contact on assigned workstreams and providing clear communication and progress updates
- Promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and quality, aligned with WSP's Business Management System and project delivery standards
- 3-5 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects within consulting, engineering, environmental, or mining-related environments
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- A working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Experience supporting project financials, schedules, and technical deliverables within a professional services environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to project management systems is an asset
- Experience in mining, environmental, or regulatory projects is considered an advantage
- Experience using Oracle for financial tracking is an asset
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
