
Specialized Clerk – Corporate Accounting

- Review and validate account and territory modification requests submitted by Regional and National Sales Managers.
- Manage user requests through a dashboard.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales team activities.
- Process a high volume of invoices quickly and accurately.
- Prepare reports related to purchase cards (Pcard) and payments.
- Coordinate payment requests with the accounts payable team.
- Handle various administrative tasks (mail, document scanning, payment confirmations to suppliers).
- College education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively with various departments (Finance, Sales, HR, IT, Management).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
