- Own end-to-end delivery of all client engagements - from project kickoff through closure
- Establish and enforce project charters, SOW alignment, and scope management discipline
- Maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting for active engagements
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and scope creep before they escalate
- Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee resource leveling and utilization across the consulting team
- Monitor and optimize operational processes - continuously identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the CEO on capacity planning, hiring needs, and team structure
- Manage support escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolution
- Track and report on KPIs related to delivery performance, utilization, and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for active client engagements
- Work closely with the Director of Client Engagement to ensure seamless handoff between sales, onboarding, and delivery
- Identify and flag risks to client satisfaction or renewal during active project delivery
- Participate in client reviews, QBRs, and executive engagement as needed
- Join the Director of Technology and Director of Client Engagement on strategic sales calls as the technical AI/ML subject matter expert
- Help prospective clients understand Cadeon's AI, machine learning, and data modernization capabilities in practical, outcome-oriented terms
- Support scoping and solution design during the presales process - translating client problems into credible delivery approaches
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-value engagements where AI/ML expertise is a differentiator
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders (CDOs, architects, data leads) at target accounts
- Establish and maintain quality standards across all client-facing deliverables
- Champion process improvement, documentation, and delivery methodology adoption
- Support digital transformation and DataOps initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Technology
- All active client engagements have documented project charters and clear scope agreements
- Delivery escalations and scope creep incidents are measurably reduced
- Resource utilization is visible, tracked, and consistently optimized
- Client NPS on delivery quality meets or exceeds Cadeon's 100% referenceable customer standard
- 10+ years in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery environments
- Demonstrated track record managing enterprise client engagements end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or data transformation initiatives - including production deployment, not just strategy
- Comfortable representing AI/ML capabilities in client-facing sales and advisory conversations
- Background in asset-intensive industries (energy, manufacturing, utilities) is a significant asset
- Strong project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
- Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on delivery practitioner
- Executive-level communication skills - written, verbal, and in client-facing situations
- Ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a cross-functional delivery team
- Familiarity with platforms such as Spotfire, Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, or Microsoft Power BI is an asset
