Your future starts here.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The Millwright is responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying, and installing plant production equipment, overhead cranes, and related machinery. This role ensures equipment reliability through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to support safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Perform installation, servicing, modifications, maintenance, and repairs to keep shop machinery, machine tools, stationary equipment, non-self-propelled mobile equipment, overhead cranes, exhaust and vacuum systems, material-handling systems, pumps, hydraulics, motors, and other plant equipment in safe and efficient operating condition
Diagnose malfunctions in machines and plant equipment; make necessary adjustments and repairs, including fabricating parts as required to complete the work
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematic drawings, service manuals, and other technical documentation
Adapt to new methods, processes, materials, and equipment to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Red Seal Millwright certification
Minimum 2 years of experience; Industrial Electrical experience considered an asset
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and proficient computer skills
Ability to work safely and follow strict established work procedures and guidelines
Must obtain all required CPKC certifications related to specific tasks and assignments
CPKC operates 24/7/365; must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
