- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team by fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability while providing clear direction, coaching, and career development aligned with strategic business goals.
- Lead end-to-end demand planning and S&OP processes by driving forecast accuracy, overseeing statistical modeling, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and partnering with brand teams and customers to optimize inventory, support new product launches, and ensure reliable data for global supply and annual budgeting decisions.
- Own and optimize product supply management by collaborating with global supply chain teams and third-party vendors to ensure availability, maintain safety stock, mitigate obsolescence risks, and balance inventory turnover with cost-efficiency and service level goals.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and planning teams to ensure timely product release, uphold service level commitments, and proactively mitigate lost sales across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- Lead and optimize the S&OP process by ensuring strategic alignment, integrating financial and operational forecasts, and driving performance through monthly reviews, KPI reporting, and corrective action planning.
- Support master data maintenance and governance processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all planning systems.
- Manage global trade and logistics operations by ensuring customs compliance, overseeing 3PL warehouse and distribution partners, and implementing strategies that enhance delivery performance, reduce costs, and enable scalable business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Knowledge of Canadian import/export & customs compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of ERP system (preferred SAP).
- Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical ability, communications skills and teamwork skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to lead and manage cross functional projects
- Travel: Up to 30%
