- Proven relationship-building, account management and business development skills
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational abilities
- Passion for sports and ability to connect with sports-oriented audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Prospect and sell consultatively to clients, recommending company products and services
- Build and maintain a qualified lead database
- Manage all sales activities in the CRM system
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Collaborate with other Account Executives to meet team targets
- Represent the company at events, conventions, and community activities
