We're looking for a Client Associate to join our nationally recognized Private Wealth Management team who has a strong professional presence that can confidently represent the team, build trusted relationships, and collaborate effectively within a large, dynamic group. Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Act as a relationship manager for top tier clients, ensuring a high touch, personalized experience while proactively anticipating client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless client service and support internal operational workflows.
  • Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups.
  • Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with precision, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up to date client records and documentation.

We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.Your expertise
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and care when handling sensitive client information.
  • Licensing Requirements: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required within the first six months of employment.
