Directs the development of strategic management plans across a program/s or account or multiple projects, leading strategy implementation, building and managing key stakeholder relationships. Manages resources, drives the achievement of company objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements, compliance and regulatory frameworks, ensures effective commercial business practices, tangible operational productivity and improvements.
Responsible for business growth or market positioning either through sales or growth of accounts or relationships - driving a future-proofed, sustainable business. Where appropriate, responsible for all internal and external objectives for an appointment of from circa £6m in Mace Fee.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Delivers key strategic outcomes and sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
  • Manages team/s, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
  • Maintains, cultivates and establishes a strong collaborative network, developing partnerships with key senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages, influences and negotiates with key senior stakeholders (c-suite and board) on matters of strategic importance.
  • Commercial accountability to business unit.
  • Pursues client for additional sums and or extension of time/loss and expenses.
  • Reports monthly and year end results.
  • Delivers performance management, technical development, direction and coaching.
  • Provides leadership and direction through managers.
  • Draws on leadership styles to build and develop high performing teams.
You’ll need to have:
  • Proven experience and track-record for procuring and delivering large or complicated programme and teams.
  • Extensive aviation sector and/or GCC market specific major infrastructure programme experience, knowledge and contacts.
  • Leadership and management experience and capability to lead a large team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable level of role knowledge (or equivalent)
