Responsible for business growth or market positioning either through sales or growth of accounts or relationships - driving a future-proofed, sustainable business. Where appropriate, responsible for all internal and external objectives for an appointment of from circa £6m in Mace Fee.You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivers key strategic outcomes and sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
- Manages team/s, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
- Maintains, cultivates and establishes a strong collaborative network, developing partnerships with key senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages, influences and negotiates with key senior stakeholders (c-suite and board) on matters of strategic importance.
- Commercial accountability to business unit.
- Pursues client for additional sums and or extension of time/loss and expenses.
- Reports monthly and year end results.
- Delivers performance management, technical development, direction and coaching.
- Provides leadership and direction through managers.
- Draws on leadership styles to build and develop high performing teams.
- Proven experience and track-record for procuring and delivering large or complicated programme and teams.
- Extensive aviation sector and/or GCC market specific major infrastructure programme experience, knowledge and contacts.
- Leadership and management experience and capability to lead a large team.
- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable level of role knowledge (or equivalent)
