Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across multiple sites, aligned with corporate goals and operational priorities.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and problem-solving at all levels.
Partner with site leadership and functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement

Lead and facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce variation, and improve productivity across all print and in-store marketing operations.
Establish, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of standardized work procedures, 5S programs, and visual management systems to sustain improvements.
Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive data-based solutions.

Project Management & Reporting

Lead cross-functional, multi-site project teams to deliver measurable and sustainable business improvements.
Track project milestones, financial savings, and performance outcomes; present progress to senior leadership.
Ensure alignment of CI activities with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coach and mentor managers, supervisors in Lean and continuous improvement principles and practices

Qualifications:When your expertise drives us:

Post-secondary degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing—preferably within the print/retail/packaging industries.
Proven track record of leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives with measurable results across multiple sites.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.).
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and locations.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective project management, organization, and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CI tools/software; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
