- Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies across multiple sites, aligned with corporate goals and operational priorities.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and problem-solving at all levels.
- Partner with site leadership and functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce variation, and improve productivity across all print and in-store marketing operations.
- Establish, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation of standardized work procedures, 5S programs, and visual management systems to sustain improvements.
- Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive data-based solutions.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-site project teams to deliver measurable and sustainable business improvements.
- Track project milestones, financial savings, and performance outcomes; present progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment of CI activities with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coach and mentor managers, supervisors in Lean and continuous improvement principles and practices
- Post-secondary degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing—preferably within the print/retail/packaging industries.
- Proven track record of leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives with measurable results across multiple sites.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and locations.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CI tools/software; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
