- Provide day-to-day operational support for a small group of digital publishers, with guidance from senior team members.
- Attend publisher calls to document requirements, action items, and next steps; ensure accurate follow-up.
- Set up new publisher user logins and maintain accurate publisher account and certification records.
- Initiate monthly recertification outreach, track certification form submissions, and ensure timely handoff to the responsible representative.
- Perform daily operational tasks including delivery monitoring and discrepancy review (e.g., identifying and flagging delivery variances).
- Support basic certification workflows by attending dashboard walkthrough calls and learning standard, rep-led processes.
- Submit, track, and manage digital support tickets (e.g., ad-serving, certification, or delivery issues) in coordination with Global Support.
- Pull standard operational and performance reports; summarize findings and identify basic trends.
- Develop a foundational understanding of campaign data, discrepancies, and digital delivery and serving performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure publisher requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
- Escalate issues to senior specialists or managers as appropriate.
- Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships across teams including Sales, Product, and Global Support.
- Build familiarity with foundational digital ad-tech concepts and workflows, including VAST, tracking pixels, javascript, iFrame, ad-serving logic, and publisher integrations.
- Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on exposure to certification testing, troubleshooting, and publisher processes.
- Stay informed on digital media and ad-tech trends by reading industry trades and sharing relevant insights with the Connectivity team.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to internal and external interactions.
- Technically curious and comfortable learning new digital concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising operations is a plus, but not required

- Annual Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 CAD - This range represents the expected compensation for the role and includes base salary and any non-discretionary bonus components.
