- Perform and document material issuing for current process orders.
- Communicate process orders and batch numbers to operators.
- Monitor, collect and reconcile all data tracking sheets for each process order and record data in SAP.
- Monitor and coordinate organization of all totes in freezer inventory, including reporting, issuing and cycle-counting each shift.
- Cycle-count all materials before process order starts and again at the end of process runs.
- Disposition all rework tickets for current shift.
- Monitor and correct all FIFO (first in first out sequent of materials) issues.
- Accurately and timely enter all information into computer tracking system (SAP).
- Input Metal Detector checks in SAP software system.
- Monitor all materials in the staging warehouse to ensure correct usage.
- Perform Mock recalls.
- Audit Colos records and Americold reconciliation (8-hour checks), investigate and correct any discrepancies.
- Run sync reports each shift, investigate and correct discrepancies.
- Run Negative Inventory report each shift, investigate and correct discrepancies.
- Anticipate potential issues and communicate with Supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Assists Operations Specialists in final closing of process orders.
- Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Communicates any problems or changes in working environment to appropriate personnel.
- Understand and adhere to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure a quality operation.
- Keep work area clean and orderly in accordance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and according to the principles of 5S.
- Perform assigned tasks in a manner that does not endanger the environment and adheres to company and regulatory standards.
- Promote and adhere to company safety regulations.
- Active involvement in Behavioral Observation Safety (BOS).
- Wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required.
- Help to build and promote a strong teamwork environment in each individual work group, the factory and the company.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process, such as MCE events.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated progressively responsible experience working in various factory positions successfully meeting all objectives and responsibilities as required of each role.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages and interpret bar graphs and data.
- Ability to recognize and troubleshoot problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Intermediate computer skills with aptitude to learn and use new computer programs effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently using effective time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP software.

- Must have McCain Safety Training, HACCP Training, GMP Training, BOS Training.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Fall Protection, Scissor/Boom, Forklift, Standard Frist Aid, and Confined Space certifications.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties including some heavy and/or repetitive lifting (up to 40lbs).
