- Own the customer journey, collaborate on the Ground Game Strategy, facilitate a premier customer service experience from end-to-end, and create repeatable playbooks for local teams
- Serve as the operational backbone, propelling the entire MDU program forward. This involves proactively collaborating on key issues and developing innovative solutions to potential challenges
- Champion MDU stakeholder alignment and governance, ensuring clear priorities and providing structured updates to senior leadership
- Own end-to-end performance management, from funnel visibility and leadership reporting to scorecards and accountability frameworks
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to translate complex data into clear narratives for strategic and operational decision-making
- Champion the MDU program with regional Falcon go-to-market teams to guarantee cohesive strategies. This includes aligning on offers, event participation, training initiatives, and go-to-market pilots
- 3+ years driving measurable outcomes in strategy, program management, or channel enablement across complex, cross-functional environments
- Fully bilingual
- Manages by influence, using a positive, curious attitude to connect strategic vision with effective execution
- Exemplary communication and storytelling skills; proficient in crafting executive narratives and engaging working teams
- Outcome-oriented and organized; adept at prioritizing, pivoting quickly, and maintaining focus
- Strong analytical instincts: translate data into decisions, business casing, financial modelling, capital management, build dashboards, and present actionable findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or in a channel that involves residential real estate, property management, or MDU environments
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, or equivalent platforms
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, supporting channel enablement, or cross-functional program execution
