- Develop and implement endpoint solutions tailored to organizational needs and industry standards.
- Configure and maintain endpoint devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint technologies seamlessly with existing systems.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to endpoints.
- Conduct root cause analyses to address and prevent recurring endpoint challenges.
- Lead and contribute to endpoint-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Document endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures with precision.
- Train IT team members and end-users on endpoint technologies and best practices.
- Support and maintain AV/Teams room technologies to enhance workplace communication.
- Identify and implement improvements in endpoint management and security practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or a similar technical role.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems.
- Expertise in using Intune and endpoint security tools to manage device configurations.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of leading endpoint projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with Cisco technologies, BitLocker, Intune, SCCM, Unified Endpoint Management, and Azure Active Directory.
