- Own the relationship: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and acting as their advocate inside Cleanlist.
- Drive value: Understand client objectives and ensure they're realizing the full benefit of Cleanlist solutions. Spot opportunities for expansion and help clients grow with us.
- Deliver results: Track success metrics, prepare client reviews, and ensure renewals and upsells happen smoothly.
- Collaborate for impact: Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback fuels our continuous improvement.
- Be proactive: Anticipate client challenges, bring solutions before problems arise, and keep Cleanlist top-of-mind as a trusted partner.
- A proven track record in client success, account management, or relationship management - ideally in B2B SaaS, data, or marketing services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you can simplify the complex and make clients feel confident.
- A results-first mindset - you know how to set goals, measure outcomes, and hold yourself accountable.
- Ability to balance empathy and authority - you listen deeply, but you're not afraid to recommend bold ideas.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
