Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager / General Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving departmental performance, inventory management, profitability, and team development.The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence by maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing inventory levels, supporting service efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, while aligning with Dilawri's standards, values, and growth objectives.This is a Commission Based position.Primary Duties and Responsibilities· Lead, coach, and develop Parts Department staff to achieve performance, accuracy, and customer service goals· Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with dealership policies· Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, returns, and obsolescence to maximize profitability and minimize losses· Maintain strong relationships with OEM suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of parts and competitive pricing· Collaborate closely with the Service Department to support efficient repairs, workflow, and customer satisfaction· Analyze departmental performance using KPIs, financial statements, and inventory reports to drive continuous improvement· Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and documentation for parts sales and warranty claims· Maintain a clean, safe, and professional parts warehouse that meets manufacturer and regulatory standards· Implement Dilawri processes, systems, and best practices to support consistency and scalability· Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives related to parts operationsQualifications Required· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts department· Previous supervisory or leadership experience considered a strong asset· Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations, inventory control, and OEM systems· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset· Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and parts inventory software· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities· Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement· Legally entitled to work in CanadaAbout DilawriIn addition to working with and learning from a team of leading professionals in the automotive industry, our benefits include:
