We’re looking for an in-office Marketing Brand Manager in the construction and interior design industry.Our client is a well-established and respected firm specializing in both residential and commercial construction, as well as interior design. Their portfolio spans high-end home renovations, office makeovers, and large-scale retail franchise buildouts. Known for their design-driven approach and commitment to flawless execution, the team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering outstanding client experiences.We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Brand Manager with an eye for design and a passion for building social media presence and community engagement. This role requires exceptional content creation abilities and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will lead brand strategy, oversee marketing operations, and execute innovative campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.Marketing Brand Manager responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s overall brand strategy, marketing calendar, and brand guidelines
Oversee and execute photo and video shoots, working closely with creatives and contractors
Manage content creation and communications across digital channels, including website, blog, email newsletters, and print materials
Lead the company’s social media strategy, focusing on audience growth and engagement
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and fundraising initiatives, supporting business development efforts and community engagement
Design and direct production of signage, marketing collateral, and branded materials
Monitor performance through SEO, keyword strategy, and analytics tools to inform marketing decisions
The successful candidate has:
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in design, construction, or lifestyle industries
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience managing photo/video shoots, content planning, and storytelling
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Graphic design skills or ability to direct design using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Proven success with budgeting, forecasting, sponsorship, and event coordination
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
