CPA Ontario Pre-Approved Program – all rotations are pre-approved with CPA for practical experience

Rotation ExperienceYou’ll rotate through several core areas, which may include:

Corporate Accounting (Financial Reporting)
Internal Audit
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Corporate Taxation
Others

Program Structure:

Two 12-month rotations (one of these being Corporate Accounting or Internal Audit) and one 6-month rotation
Please note the rotations and order may vary based on business needs and development goals

What You’ll Receive

Comprehensive preparatory training and study leave to support your preparation for CPA examinations (including full reimbursements to participate in Densmore training)
Eligibility for reimbursement for CPA PEP or GDIP programs up to the cost of the CPA PEP program

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (completed prior to program start), including the required CPA Ontario prerequisite courses
A clear interest in pursuing your CPA designation
Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally as part of certain rotational assignments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A self-motivated, hands-on mindset with a drive to deliver results and learn continuously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
